The best strategy for playing the lottery is not playing the lottery. The lottery is a hidden tax on the poor and disadvantaged. Your money is better spent on research a good job or education to get a better job. Especially if you can program a computer to predict the number that can be recovered. How many millions of acres to play the lottery? I agree to the lottery to give people a dream, a dream of false wealth. But if you want dream, you can do it for free.
