why the lower winners from my country increases my chances of wining the green card lottery ?i dont get it?
can you explain please they say the less winners from ur country last year increases ur chances of wining the green card lottery. well theres a country who only wan ONE person last year, does that mean this year if someone applys for the green card his chances are 100% granuteed of winin it?
yeah whats its called but why people say the lower the better for your chances. i beleive its true but i dunno how. if country A had 1000 winners last year and country B had 3 my chances of wining would be more in country B right ? but why
