These letters do not contain "invitations". They ask basic information .. address, phone #, etc. often hears visitors Overseas State Lotto winner. must work in reverse too, perhaps? Would appreciate any solid info. you can offer that would validate .. lottery confirm that it is just another scam. Recd letter from another "million" apex.trust agency. Anyone Hear of him?
